1. Who we are
These terms apply to every order placed on auraviafitness.com, operated by Georges Eddie Mayo trading as AuraVia Fitness, Holečkova 25, 150 00 Prague, Czech Republic (“AuraVia”, “we”). Contact: info@auraviafitness.com. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
2. Products
We sell home fitness equipment and accessories. We describe products and their specifications as accurately as we can; small differences in colour and finish are normal. Use every product as described in its manual.
3. Prices & orders
Prices are in euros and include VAT for EU destinations. Other currencies shown on the site are a guide only; you are charged in euros. Multi-buy prices (2 = 5 %, 3 = 10 %, 5 = 15 % off) apply per product and size. Your order is accepted when we send the dispatch confirmation. If a price is obviously wrong or an item is no longer available, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.
4. Payment
Payment is taken at checkout by card, Apple Pay or SEPA through our payment provider. We never see or store your full card details.
5. Delivery
Delivery options, prices and estimated times are shown on our delivery page and at checkout before you pay. Please check your parcel on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours.
6. Right of withdrawal & returns
You can cancel your order within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason, and we extend this to 30 days for unused items in their original packaging. Our returns page explains how to send an item back and who pays for return shipping. We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item.
7. Warranty
All products have a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects, in addition to your legal 2-year guarantee of conformity. The warranty does not cover normal wear (belts, bands, padding, batteries beyond their normal life), damage from misuse or drops, or use above the maximum user weight.
8. Liability
We are responsible for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and for anything else the law does not allow us to exclude. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for it.
9. Discount codes & affiliates
One discount code per order; codes cannot be combined. Our affiliate programme has its own terms, published on the affiliate page.
10. Law & disputes
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. If you live in the EU you can also rely on the consumer protection law of your own country, and you may use the EU's online dispute resolution platform.
